The process is simple; all we need is a photo. This can be a digital image like a PDF, PNG or JPEG or a scanned image. Photos from digital cameras and modern tablets and smart phones work great. We can even use multiple images at different angles to give you an even more in depth visualization of the future look of your home or building.

Once uploaded we’re able to render numerous style, shape and color options along with differing pattern ideas. We’ll also simulate light sources, light direction and shadows to give you the full effect of the finished product. Measurements can also be added in to make the renderings as precise as possible.

Once the renderings are complete we’ll save them and send them to you. You’ll be able to crop and adjust with your computer’s photo software and the renderings can be printed with high or low quality resolution. They’re yours to keep.

All our residential fixed awnings are constructed with a welded steel or aluminum frame. We powder-coat these steel and aluminum canopy frames for corrosion protection. Powder-coating increases the life of the product insuring that you get what you pay for. The frame is wrapped in a canvas that is resistant to mold, salt, stains and UV fading. Many of our materials used are both flame retardant, water repellant and oil repellent.
